Fresh Thyme Markets
Projects consist of ground up construction of new Fresh Thyme Grocery Markets. Scopes of work include interior & exterior metal framing, installation of light gauge metal trusses, installation of all cement board siding, installation of all FRP, acoustical ceilings, trims, millwork, drywall and insulation.
Victoria’s Secret / Bath & Body Works
Projects involved the complete build out of new Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works stores involving metal frame, drywall, extensive trim and millwork packages including store fixtures.
Delta Chi Chapter House
Project consisted of the construction of a new Delta Chi Chapter House within the city limits of Ann Arbor, MI. Our scope of work included all light gauge metal framing, wood framing, window and door install, all drywall and acoustical ceiling installation.
New Dorothy M Busch Library
Project is a new municipal public library in the City of Warren, MI. Our scope of work consisted of the construction of the shell of the building along with interior partitions, insulation, drywall and acoustical ceilings.
LA Fitness Athletic Center
This project was the construction of a new ground up LA Fitness center in Plymouth MI. Our scope of work included all metal framing, drywall, interior trim and millwork installations.
MedPost
This project involved the complete interior demolition and partial demolition of the exterior to allow for the construction of a new MedPost Urgent Care in Rochester Hills, MI
Phoenix Theater
The project consisted of two additional theaters and a new ticketing office to the connected to the existing Phoenix Theater at the Mall of Monroe in Monroe, MI
Dick’s Sporting Goods
This project is a New Dick’s Sporting Goods located at Oakland Mall in Troy, MI. The work involved the complete demolition of existing storefronts within the mall and an addition onto the mall in order to house Dicks. Work included the complete interior and exterior fit out of the store.
Detroit People Mover
This is a recently complete public works project for the Detroit People Mover Corporation. The project involved a complete renovation of the Grand Circus Park terminal station located at the David Scott Building in Down Town Detroit.
